Clear Eyes: Seeing Jesus for Who He Really Is
I Can See, But Not Clearly
Daniel Proffitt
In Mark 8:22–30, Jesus heals a blind man in two stages, giving us a powerful picture of what it means to see clearly. This message explores how spiritual sight is often gradual, how fear and expectation can blur our vision, and how Jesus patiently transforms the way we see Him. As the disciples move closer to understanding who Jesus really is, we’re challenged to ask the same question: “Who do you say that I am?” This sermon calls us to let Jesus become the lens through which we see everything else.
