I Believe
Paid in Full

The cross accomplished more than most of us have stopped to consider. This Good Friday message traces the problem of sin from its origin in Genesis to its resolution at Calvary, where Jesus, the one who offered living water to everyone He met, cried out "I am thirsty" and took our need, our guilt, and our spiritual poverty as His own. When He uttered His final word — "It is finished" — He spoke a single Greek word, tetelestai, that in His day was stamped on paid-off debt: paid in full. This message unpacks what that payment actually covers, why good deeds can't offset it, and what it means that Jesus didn't just forgive our sin but freed us from its power.
