We are a community of worshipers hungry for the Presence of God. Worship at Trinity Fellowship is centered on responding to God’s invitation to encounter Him personally.

Our calling is to pursue God’s presence faithfully in every season. We believe worship is not something performed for an audience, but a shared response of God’s people, centered on Jesus and marked by humility, expectancy, and participation.

What We Believe

At the heart of our worship ministry is a clear set of convictions, shaping everything we do.

God’s Presence Is Central

Worship is first and foremost ministry to the Lord. We believe God desires to meet with His people, and that His presence brings transformation—not just inspiration.

Transformation Over Performance

Musical excellence is important, but it is never the goal. We value hearts that are attentive to God over polished performances that draw attention to people.

Everyone Is Invited In

Worship is not for spectators. Like the Tabernacle of David, we believe God invites all His people into direct access to His presence—not just leaders on a platform.

Freedom Requires Discernment

We welcome the work of the Holy Spirit while exercising wisdom, clarity, and love for the whole congregation. Our aim is to build up the body and honor God’s timing and purposes.

Private Devotion Fuels Public Ministry

What happens on a Sunday flows from our personal relationship with God. A lifestyle of worship, prayer, Scripture reading, and spiritual disciplines are essential to healthy, life-giving corporate worship.

Community & Discipleship

We believe in growth and development that happens spiritually through impactful personal relationships. Our worship ministry vision reflects Trinity Fellowship Church’s overall vision in that we are a healthy family pursuing God, growing stronger, and impacting the world.

Healthy Family

We cultivate a healthy family through time spent together on stage and off. There are many opportunities to grow together including team nights, groups, journeys, and casual fellowship.

Pursuing God

Corporate worship experiences are fueled by time spent in God’s presence. We do this as individuals and as a team through regular prayer, scripture reading, and worship.

Growing Stronger

Discipleship is a core value of our team. We believe in holding one another accountable to the disciplines of the Christian faith.

Impacting the World

Impacting the world is both the goal and overflow of community and discipleship. As we are faithful in following the teachings of Jesus, we trust God to move through us to impact those around us.

At Trinity Fellowship, there has always been a belief that worship is much more than tradition or obligation. We believe it is an invitation to encounter God personally. This hunger has continued to grow decade after decade through seasons marked by growth, expectancy, and spiritual hunger.
